The super wide-body airplane Boeing 787-10 of Vietnam Airlines has officially landed at Noi Bai Airport. The Boeing 787-10 is one of the newest and most modern versions in Boeing's wide-body aircraft family. It is also the largest passenger aircraft in Vietnam today, with a length of over 68 meters, a commercial payload of 56-60 tons, and a maximum range of nearly 12,000 km. The aircraft has a configuration of 367 seats with 2 cabins: Business Class (24 seats) and Economy Class (343 seats). The aircraft reception event was held at Noi Bai with special ceremonies.

The Boeing 787-10 features many technological breakthroughs and modern amenities that significantly meet passengers' needs:

• Spacious space, comfortable seating, and a state-of-the-art personal entertainment system.
• Optimized LED lighting, humidity, and pressure to provide a pleasant feeling for passengers.
• The Business Class cabin is designed in a staggered herringbone layout and can fully recline flat, allowing passengers to enjoy a spacious and private environment on long-haul journeys.

Notably, this new generation aircraft is fuel-efficient and environmentally friendly, incorporating advanced technology that reduces fuel consumption by 25% per seat and emissions compared to previous generations of aircraft.

With the addition of the Boeing 787-10, Vietnam Airlines now owns a fleet of nearly 100 aircraft. Among them, the wide-body fleet includes a total of 5 Boeing 787-10s, 11 Boeing 787-9s, and 14 Airbus A350s. The wide-body aircraft are primarily operated on international routes between Vietnam and Northeast Asia, Europe, Australia, the United States, and on the domestic route between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
