Vietnam Airlines changes check-in terminal for Economy Class passengers flying from France
Vietnam Airlines will transfer a portion of its check-in operations at Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG – Paris, France) from Terminal 2E to Terminal 2F starting from May 31, 2024.
Accordingly, Economy Class passengers (who are not Platinum members of Vietnam Airlines or Elite Plus members of Skyteam) will check in at Zone 3 – Terminal 2F.
Business Class passengers or Platinum members of Vietnam Airlines and Elite Plus members of Skyteam can choose to check in at either Terminal 2E (as before) or at Zone 2 – Terminal 2F.
Passengers at Terminal 2F are advised to plan their time wisely to complete check-in early and move quickly to the departure gate.
It is important to note that if a flight departs from Gate M in Terminal 2E, passengers at Terminal 2F will need to take a shuttle bus to this gate, with a travel time of approximately 30 to 40 minutes, not including waiting time for the bus.
“Vietnam Airlines sincerely appreciates the cooperation of passengers and hopes for their understanding in case of any inconvenience during the initial transition of check-in operations to Terminal 2F. If there are any issues at the airport, please contact ground staff for timely assistance,” a representative from Vietnam Airlines stated.
