By accessing and using our website for any purpose of searching, referencing or booking, you acknowledge that you’re fully understanding and accepting, as well as agreeing not to violate our Terms and Conditions.

We recommend you to read the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing our products. If you object to any of it please leave this website immediately.

Please also be noted that Vietnam Airline reserves the rights to cancel or terminate any booking if it’s in such case:

• (i) required by law.

• (ii) payment is not made in time.

• (iii) ticket availability issues.

• (iv) system errors or any technical problems that may cause us in processing customer’s request.

Acting as a travel agency, beside the ticket fare, ticketing fee and service fee should be collected per passenger on each flight and ticket price is not the same with other websites.

All information on this site is conducted and belongs to https://vietnamflightcentres.com, which should not be used, copied, changed or modified by any individual or organization. Failing of this condition shall be involved to law.

I. Right to request passenger’s personal information:

As an online ticket agency, we reserve the right to ask you to provide the following additional information to prevent the risk of fraudulent transactions:

- Payment card: You may be requested to provide an image of the payment card showing the cardholder's name along with the card number information that covered the middle digits and only showing the first three digits and last three digits of the card.
 - Passport: You may be requested to provide the passport photos of both passengers and the card holder.

In case, after requesting or contacting many times but still not receiving the requested additional information, we reserve the right to cancel or terminate the paid booking.

These requests are for the purpose of protecting customers' benefits and preventing fraudulent transactions according to the request of international card organizations.

II. Baggage

1. Free Baggage allowance

The free of charge Baggage must be subject to the conditions and limitations of each Vietnam Airline and Our Regulations and are detailed in our baggage page.

2. Excess Baggage

You will be required to pay a charge for carriage of Baggage in excess of the free Baggage allowance. The payment terms are shown in Our Regulations and may be founded in our baggage page.

3. Items unacceptable as Baggage

You must not include in your Baggage: money, jewelry, precious metals, silver ware, negotiable papers, securities, or other valuables (cameras, electronic devices), business documents, passports and other identification documents or samples in their check-in baggage.

You must not bring dangerous goods such as: corrosives battery, gases/LPG/Camp Stove, flammable liquids paint, radioactive materials, infectious substances blood, lighters, matches, explosives, fireworks, organic peroxides bleach, firearms, stunning devices, sharp objects, worker’s tools, blunt instruments…

4. Right to refuse carriage

The airlines may refuse to carry as Baggage the items described in Article 3, and they may refuse further carriage of any such items upon discovery that it is included in your Baggage. Unless advance arrangements for its carriage have been made with us, we may carry on later flights Baggage, which is in excess of the applicable free allowance. The airlines may refuse to accept Baggage as Checked Baggage unless it is properly and securely packed in suitcases and suitable containers to ensure safe carriage with ordinary care in handling.

For code-shared flights or connecting flights, the airlines shall not check through Baggage for other code-shared carriers where they do not have an interline agreement with them. Therefore, please check in advance with us or other carrier if they have an agreement with that airline to know if your baggage can be checked through. If there’s no agreement between both airlines, you are responsible for clearing your Baggage and having it checked-in and re-tagged for the next flight. In this case, the airlines are not liable for any Damage to you and to your Baggage. For further supports, kindly contact the carrier.

5. Search & Scan

Search and Scan is compulsory and completed by airport security staff. If you do not accept it, the airlines may refuse to carry your baggage. The airlines have no responsibility to your baggage damage or lost. You’re recommended to check with the staff at the airport immediately if any damage or lost is founded.

6. Checked Baggage

The maximum weight for any checked baggage must comply with the specific airline policies outlined in the Baggage Policy section. Overweight baggage needs to be repacked or divided into lighter units during the check-in process.

7. Hand Baggage

Hand baggage allowances: For the specific carry-on baggage allowances of each airline, please refer to the details in the Baggage Policy section. You may bring a laptop, a small camera or binoculars, a small bag, a diaper bag or baby food, an outer coat, a blanket or shawl, crutches or a walking stick, and a reasonable amount of reading material.

If the size and weight of your baggage exceed the allowed limits for carry-on baggage set by the airlines, please pack it as checked baggage.

8. Animals

8.1.Vietnam Airlines
Vietnam Airlines offers pet transportation services for dogs, cats, and birds on flights through three methods: in-cabin, checked baggage, or cargo.

Booking Conditions

  • In-Cabin Transport: Pets must be dogs or cats over 10 weeks old. Birds are not allowed in the cabin and must be transported as checked baggage. Pets must be healthy, vaccinated, and odor-free. The combined weight of the pet and carrier must not exceed 6 kg. A maximum of two pets per passenger is allowed under specific conditions. Each cabin class has limits on the number of pets.

  • Checked Baggage Transport: Similar pet requirements as in-cabin transport apply, with a maximum combined weight of 32 kg for pets and carriers. A maximum of 9 pets per flight is allowed.

  • Prohibited Pets: Pregnant pets, certain sensitive breeds, and pets posing a risk to passengers or crew may be denied transport.

Special Cases
Service dogs for passengers with limited mobility can fly free of charge, provided they are trained and well-behaved. Notification to Vietnam Airlines is required during booking.

Carrier Requirements

  • Carriers must be spacious enough for pets to stand, turn, and lie down comfortably, made of approved materials, and secure.
  • Specific size and weight restrictions apply for both in-cabin and checked baggage carriers.

Booking Process
Passengers must book at least 24 hours before the flight through a Vietnam Airlines branch.

Fees
Transportation fees depend on the total weight of the pet and carrier and do not include VAT.

Pre-Flight Preparation
Necessary documents include health certificates and import/export permits. Passengers should familiarize themselves with entry regulations of the destination country.

Health Checks
Pets must undergo health checks and should not be fed 4 to 6 hours before departure.

Airport Procedures
Arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to departure for check-in, including signing a waiver.

Arrival Procedures
Follow the regulations of the arrival airport regarding pet transport.

Weather Considerations
Vietnam Airlines reserves the right to refuse transport based on extreme weather conditions.
8.2 Bamboo Airways

Bamboo Airways provides pet transportation services in the passenger cabin. To ensure a safe journey for your pet, please review the scope and conditions of our pet transportation service below.

Scope of Accepted Transportation: Pets are accepted for transportation in the passenger cabin on direct flights operated by Bamboo Airways (not applicable for connecting flights).

Service Fees:

  • Transportation Types:
  • Before 24 hours before departure: Contact Ticket Office/Customer Service Hotline.
  • Within 24 hours - 3 hours before departure: Contact Ticket Office/Customer Service Hotline or check in at the airport (subject to meeting the airline's transportation conditions and capacity).

Note:

  • A maximum of 2 pets in Economy and 1 pet in Business class per flight.
  • Maximum weight of pet and carrier/bag: 10kg. The carrier/bag must not exceed 35cm (length) x 30cm (width) x 20cm (height) and should be placed on the floor in front of the passenger's seat.

Preparation Before Flight: Passengers wishing to bring pets should contact and reserve the service with the Hotline or at Bamboo Airways' official Ticket Offices at least 24 hours before the flight departure.

Please refer to Bamboo Airways’ regulations regarding the type of pets, weight, health of pets, and carrier requirements.

Required Documents: Passengers must coordinate with quarantine agencies, embassies, and consulates to prepare all necessary documents for pets, including import/export permits and health certificates, ensuring all documents are valid.

Transportation Restrictions: Extreme temperatures and weather conditions can affect pets' health. In cases of excessive heat or cold during flights, pets may not be accepted for transportation.

Airport Check-in: Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before departure to complete check-in procedures.

Important Information: Some dog breeds are sensitive to temperature, humidity, and other factors. To ensure safety, Bamboo Airways does not accept the following breeds for transportation:

Prohibited Dog Breeds: Affenpinscher, Akita, American Bulldog, American Bully, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Boston Terrier, Boxer, Brussels Griffin, Bulldog, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Chinese Pug, Chow Chow, Dogo Argentino, Dogue de Bordeaux, English Bulldog, English Toy Spaniel, French Bulldog, Fila Brasileiro, Lhasa Apso, Greyhound, Laika, Japanese Boxer, Japanese Chin, Japanese Pug, Japanese Spaniel, Kangal, Mastiff (all breeds), Ovtcharka, Pekingese, Pit Bull, Pug, Shar Pei, Shih Tzu, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Spaniels (English Toy, Cavalier King Charles, Tibetan, ...), Tibetan Spaniel, Tosa dog, Rottweiler, Wolfdog, and mixed breeds from the above breeds.

Prohibited Cat Breeds: Burmese, Exotic, Himalayan, Persian.
8.3. Vietjet Air.

In-Cabin Pets (PETC): This service allows passengers to travel with their pets (dogs, cats) in the cabin on the same flight.

Applicable Flight Routes:

  • Domestic flights within Vietnam.

Applicable Fare Classes:

  • All classes except Business Class.

Transportation Conditions:

  • Applicable to dogs and cats only.
  • Pets must be at least 10 weeks old; pregnant pets are not allowed on flights.
  • Pets must be healthy, fully vaccinated, and free of unpleasant odors that could disturb other passengers. For dogs, a muzzle is recommended to prevent disruption.
  • Maximum of three pet carriers per flight: one pet per carrier and one pet per passenger.
  • Total weight limit for each carrier (including the carrier and pet) is 7 kg.
  • Carrier dimensions: 35 cm (length) x 30 cm (width) x 20 cm (height). The carrier must meet the following conditions:
  • Made of plastic, metal, rigid plastic, welded metal mesh, hardwood, or plywood.
  • The interior must be smooth, with no sharp edges, and walls must be sturdy to ensure safety and avoid injury to pets.
  • The carrier must be securely locked, with a solid, waterproof bottom and absorbent lining.
  • If the carrier has wheels, they must be removed before the flight or be collapsible. The carrier must be ventilated and airy.
  • The carrier must be placed on the aircraft floor, in front of the passenger's seat. It is not permitted to be placed on seats or in overhead compartments.

Additional Conditions:

  • Business Class passengers are not eligible for this service.
  • Emergency seat assignments are not available for passengers with PETC add-ons.
  • Self-check-in services (Web, Mobile, Kiosk) are not applicable.
  • Passengers must bring deodorizing items to clean up after their pets in the cabin.
  • Pets must remain in their carriers during the flight, and cleaning is the responsibility of the accompanying passenger.
  • Pets should be fed at least 4 to 6 hours before departure.
  • Sedatives or other medications should not be administered to pets before departure.
  • List of prohibited breeds: Snub-nosed dogs and cats, including but not limited to American Bulldogs, Pugs, Bulldogs, and various terrier breeds.

Note: Specific conditions may apply and should be confirmed prior to travel.

III. Tickets

Ticket is not allowed for changing name or transferring to other passengers. You may print out your paper ticket or use e-ticket for more conveniences by showing your reservation code/e-ticket number on your smartphone/mobile phone at the check-in counter to collect your boarding pass and get on the flight.

Reconfirmation of e-ticket received

Our service is completed once the e-ticket is sent to the email address you submitted during the booking process. If you do not receive e-ticket (s) within 5 hours after payment made, please reconfirm by contacting us through our 24/7 supporting email: vietnamairline@gmail.com

We will consider your silence as receiving of our e-ticket email confirmation and should be no claiming upon that.

We are also not responsible for any delay/loss caused by the Wrong email addresses supplied by applicants or the situation the passengers no longer want to use the e-tickets. 

Ticketing time limits

Ticket price is only valid at the time of booking made and paid and will not be held if payment do not make right after that. We have no responsibility if ticket price is higher or ticket sold out due to your late payment.

Personal information

As an online booking agent, we may use and disclose your personal information to third party that performs services (in this case the airlines for which we provide the tickets) or codeshares partners of the airline (depend on each carrier). We may also share your information:

(i) to identify of fraud or error,

(ii) to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities,

(iii) to seek your feedback regarding our relationship with you,

(iv) to protect our rights and safety,

(v) to third parties for the purpose of marketing and servicing our relationship. The third parties that we share the information must protect it and must only use it for the purpose for which it was collected. However, we’re not responsible for ensuring this. Other than above, we will not disclose your information without your acceptance unless required by law.

Advance Seats

We will make every effort to assign seats according to the Passenger's prior request. However, We do not guarantee any specific seat on the aircraft. We reserve the right to assign or reassign seats at any time, even after the Passenger has boarded, if necessary to ensure safety, comply with regulatory requirements, or for security and health reasons. We will assign reasonable seating for Passengers requiring assistance in accordance with applicable laws.

Service charges

Beside the base fare, taxes and service charges (airlines fuel, passenger service charge, ticketing fee...) will be included in your ticket price.

Passengers are responsible for fully paying all surcharges at the time of ticket purchase.

Special assistant

We are happy to support any passenger with special request in regards to: meals, expectant mother, passenger with nut Allergy, senior citizens and PWD, travel with animal (only dog is accepted), travelling infants, unaccompanied minors and wheelchair service.

Onboard services

Inflight services may differ from what advertised due to operation reasons. We’ll try our best to contact the airlines to support you in regards to this matter. Advance confirmation

You’re recommended to recheck your flight details before your departure time to ensure you’ll not be missing any schedule change/delay from us.

Cancellation

Please contact us as soon as possible if you can’t travel as planned for cancellation/change to reduce the cost. If you do not show up for any flight without advising us in advance, we may cancel your return or onward reservations with charges and refund you if your ticket class is allowed.

Some ticket classes are not allowed for cancellation or refund according to our Fare Rules and Regulations. You’re recommended to check our Fare Rules or email to vietnamairline@gmail.com for further advice.

Modification

We reserve the right to modify, change or update above-mentioned conditions without prior notice to ensure all information is matched up with the Airlines’ information. This kind of modification shall not be applied or affected to prior carriage.

Schedule Change

You’re recommended to check your mail boxes (inbox, spam, junk) before your departure date to ensure you’ll not be missing any updates from us.

If different time between original departure time and new departure time is below 4 hours, no fully refund request is accepted. (This applies only to Vietnam Airlines.)

If different time between original departure time and new departure time is 4 hours or above, fully refund request is accepted. (This applies only to Vietnam Airlines.)

Security

We commit that all of your personal information is well managed to avoid any loss, misuse, alteration or destruction.

IV. Fare Rules

Depending our the fare type and the airline, you may request to cancel or change your current ticket to other travel date or flight title with same ticket class or higher classes (not allowed downing grade to lower classes) and charges (change/refund fee + different fee between two flights - if available) should be applied. Different ticket classes and different flight types (domestic and international) for each airline will have different cancellation fee and change fee as follows.

Note: In cases of force majeure problems such as natural disasters, epidemics/pandemics etc., the below fare rules (refund/reschedule/reroute) may not be applied and must comply with the Airline policies during that period.

III. Vietjet Air tickets:

2.Ticketing fee is not refundable in any case.
3.All classes are allowed to change itineraries with a fee if done at least 6 hours before the fligh.
4.Changes and refunds are not allowed within 6 hours of the flight or after the flight.
