- Additional standard baggage can still be checked in if there is remaining weight after checking in the oversized baggage.
General Conditions for Checked Baggage
- The following items are not accepted as checked baggage or in carry-on luggage, and we reserve the right to refuse transportation of any baggage or items as follows:
- Items that are improperly packed or not safe for regular handling and transportation.
- Items that could pose a risk to the aircraft, passengers, or property onboard, including those specified in the Dangerous Goods regulations of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA), as well as our Terms and Conditions.

- Items deemed inappropriate for transportation due to weight, shape, size, or nature.
- Fragile or perishable items.
- Live or dead animals.
- Human remains or animals.
- Fresh or frozen seafood or meat can be transported as carry-on baggage if properly packaged. Only insulated boxes containing dry, non-perishable food may be allowed after inspection by authorities. If passengers refuse inspection, we reserve the right to refuse baggage transportation.
- Firearms and ammunition.
- Explosives, flammable or non-flammable gases (e.g., spray cans, butane canisters), refrigerants (e.g., underwater breathing apparatus, liquid nitrogen), flammable liquids (e.g., paint, solvents), flammable solids (e.g., matches, lighters), organic peroxides (e.g., resins), toxic or infectious substances (e.g., viruses, bacteria), radioactive materials (e.g., radium), corrosives (e.g., acids, alkalis, mercury), magnetic materials, and oxidizing agents (e.g., bleach).
- Weapons such as guns, swords, knives, and similar items may be transported as checked baggage at our discretion for very special reasons. These items are not permitted in the cabin for any reason.
Valuable and Fragile Items: Passengers are advised not to check these items as baggage. If such items are checked, the customer assumes all risks of transportation. These items include cash, jewelry, precious metals, silverware, electronics, computers, cameras, documents of value, securities, passports, and identification documents.
Search Rights: For safety and security reasons, we may require passengers and baggage to undergo screening, including X-ray or other forms of inspection. We reserve the right to inspect unaccompanied baggage to ensure it does not contain prohibited or unauthorized items. If passengers refuse such inspection, we may refuse to transport them and their baggage without refunding the fare and assume no further responsibility. We are not liable for any injury or loss to baggage caused by such inspections unless due to our negligence.
Checked Baggage: Once baggage is handed over to us for inspection, we will secure it and issue a baggage claim tag for each item. Checked baggage must bear the passenger's name or securely attached personal identification. Checked baggage is transported on the same flight as the passenger unless we decide otherwise for safety, security, or operational reasons. If the baggage is transported on a later flight, we will deliver it to the passenger within a reasonable time after the arrival of that flight, unless customs procedures require the passenger's presence by law.
Checked Baggage Fees: A baggage fee applies for transporting checked baggage. Each passenger may purchase only one checked baggage package, with standard packages of 20kg, 30kg, 40kg, 50kg, 60kg, 70kg, 80kg, 90kg, and 100kg (depending on the route). Oversized packages of 20kg and 30kg are also available (passengers can upgrade to a larger package up to 3 hours before the scheduled departure). Passengers who check baggage exceeding their purchased limit will incur an additional fee per kilogram at the airport check-in counter. Baggage fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Baggage Collection: Passengers will receive their baggage upon arrival at the destination. If baggage is not collected within a reasonable time, and we must store it, we may charge a storage fee. If baggage is not claimed within two months, we may dispose of it without any liability. Only individuals with the baggage claim tag issued at check-in are authorized to collect the baggage. If the person claiming the baggage cannot present the claim tag, we will only release the baggage if they can prove their right to it and provide suitable guarantees for any losses, damages, or costs we may incur from releasing the baggage. Acceptance of baggage at the time of collection is conclusive evidence that it was delivered in good condition and in accordance with our transportation contract.
