How long after the payment made I will receive an e-ticket?
Normally e-ticket should be issued and sent to your registered email address (inbox, spam, junk) within 2 hours after payment made. However, it may take to 12 hours due to the connection or system issue.
If you do not receive e-ticket within 2 hours, kindly contact us at vietnamairline@gmail.com for further supports and re-sending e-ticket.
