1. Check in time

To ensure your flight, please check-in by the following times:

• For domestic flights: 2 hours before Schedule time of departure
• For international flights: 2 hours 30 minutes before Schedule time of departure

If you miss the check-in time you will be not able to travel on the flight and causing your ticket invalid. In this case, you need to purchase a new ticket or paying for a change.

2. Customs

• Gold: if it’s over 300 grams
• Vietnam Dong: if it’s over VND15,000,000
• Other currency: if it’s over USD5,000
• Temporarily imported & re-exported goods

Duty free allowance are listed as followings

• 1.5 liters of liquor with above 22 degrees of concentration of alcohol and 2 liters of liquor below 22 degrees; 400 cigarettes; 100 cigars; 500 grams of raw tobacco
• Other items which are allowed in accompanying baggage with value not over VND5,000,000

If exceeding the amount as above stated, passengers are required to fill in the declaration form No.HQ/2002-PMD and pay duty(ies) according to Vietnamese laws.

3. Airport Tax

Airport Tax is included in the ticket price for international/domestic flights.

4. Business lounge

Business lounge services are offering to VIP, Business class passengers, Golden Lotus Plus Platinum members and Golden members at all routes.

5. Lost & Found counter

Please contact the Lost & Found counter at the airport immediatelly when you have lost your baggages:
