Special baggages are inclusive of sports baggages ( golf set, snow ski set, surfboard, scuba diving equipment); bike and bulky baggage, cabin baggages, pets and animals, dead body; and will be bound up with each carrier's policy.

I. Sports Baggages

Sport Baggage accepted for carriage includes the following:

• Golf set
• Snow ski set
• Surfboard
• Scuba diving equipment
• Bulky baggage to be carried as checked baggage
• Bikes to be carried as checked baggage: Bike should be packed properly in a neat manner
• Cabin baggage is applicable for fragile, bulky or high value items such as large musical instrument, painting or antique bottle

Passenger will be charged for this service.

II. Remains

1. Pets in Cabin is only applicable to Business class, Platinum and Elite Plus of Skyteam passenger on the irect flights operated by VN from Noi Bai international airport and Tan Son Nhat international airport to Charles De Gaulle (France), Shremetyevo 3 (Russia), Incheon, Busan (Korea), Canton (China).

Conditions:

• Prior reservation is required with minimum 36 hours before the departure time
• Pets are required to be accompanied by valid health and rabies vaccination certificate, entry permit and other documents as requested by the country it's carried to.
• Pets in cabin is chargeable.

2. Pets/Animals as checked baggage are inclusive of dog, cat and bird. Others animals should be carried as cargo.

Conditions:

• Prior reservation is required at least 24 hours before the departure time
• Pets are required to be accompanied by valid health and rabies vaccination certificate, entry permit and other documents as requested by the country it's carried to.
• The carrier has no responsibility regards all risks of injury, sickness or dead during the transportation.
• Pregnant, offensive smell and bad health pets will not be accepted
• This service is chargeable.

Dead body is only accepted and carried as cargo and must follow cargo handling regulations.
