You’re also encouraged all passengers to go through the following terms and conditions carefully before making any reservation with us. If you do not agree to any condition, please stop using our website and log out immediately.

Vietnamflightcentre is an intellectual property that belongs to ANS Group – a travel company founded in Vietnam, we are the travel agency not official airline website.

Please be noted that we reserve the rights to cancel or terminate any booking if it’s in such cases:

• (a) required by law.
• (b) payment is not made in time.
• (c) ticket availability issues.
• (d) system errors or any technical problems that may cause us in processing customer’s request.

All information posted on this website is specially prepared for our business, which must not be copied, changed or modified by any individual or organization. Failing of this condition shall be involved to Vietnam laws.

1. Conditions for Online Booking

• Passenger must be above 16 years old to travel alone and book ticket with his/her own reservation code. Below 16 years old, please request for supports from flight attendant with charges applied.
• Passenger must provide full name as shown in your passport and date of birth. Your passport information is optional and could be updated later at the airport without any charge. If your full name in e-ticket does not match with your passport, you'll be rejected at the check-in counter and required to purchase new ticket.
• Ticket prices posted on the website upon searching are offered to online purchasers and valid at the time of booking made only. It might be changed quickly by minutes depends on the ticket availability. Your booking is only confirmed when payment is done and e-ticket is issued. Final ticket price is inclusive of fare, taxes, ticketing fees and carrier charges. Ticketing Fee is not refundable in any case.
•  Ticket is not accepted for transfer to other passenger or amend name.
• If passenger wants to change or cancel/refund any ticket, please submit an email to reservations@vietnamavia.com with charge applied according to our Fare Rules and advised on request.
• Each ticket class has its own conditions and you may not get a partial refund if your ticket class is not allowed for. Please check out our Fare Rules for more information before proceeding any reservation to ensure you’re not confused.

2 . Conditions for Infants and Children

• Passenger below 2 years old at the time of first traveling shall be charged as infant’s fare and equal to 10% of adult ticket.
• Passenger below 12 years old at the time of first traveling shall be charged as children fare and equal to 90% of adult ticket.
• Passenger below 16 years is not allowed for traveling alone. If needed, please request for support from flight attendant with charges applied.
• Each adult passenger is allowed for accompanying 2 children, if more than that, please request for support from flight attendant with charges applied.
• Children are allowed for same checked baggage with adult. Infant is only allowed for 10kg checked baggage.

3. Change/Amendment

Name change/amendment or ticket transfers to other passenger is not accepted. For other requests, please email to reservations@vietnamavia.com as soon as possible to avoid high charges.

4. Cancellation/Refund

Each ticket class has its own conditions and charges are depended on the ticket class you booked and time of request received (before ticket flight date or on/after ticket flight date).

Higher ticket classes can get partial refund with lower fees. Charge details are mentioned in our Fare Rules - a part of this Agreement.

For Vietnam Airlines, all ticket classes are inclusive of checked baggage (20kg, 30kg, 40kg, 50kg, 60kg) and 7kg hand baggage for each passenger. If passenger wish to purchase more checked baggage, please email to reservations@vietnamavia.com at least 48 hours prior to your departure or you may purchase at the airport with higher cost. Price paid for checked baggage is Non-Refundable in any case. If you are not assigned checked baggage after payment made, the paid amount will be automatically refunded within 5 business days after the flight departure.

5. Modification

Vietnamflightcentre reserves the right to modify, change or waive any condition mentioned in this Agreement without prior notice. All passengers are recommended to visit and check out our Terms & Conditions regularly to keep yourself updated.

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy information is always protected and not to be shared to any party except Vietnam Airlines and unless it’s required by law.

7. Safe & Security

We guarantee that our website is safe and secured. It's encrypted by modern security systems and well managed by all experts in our technical department. Your information is protected as our first priority.

8. Legal

Laws of The Socialist Republic of Vietnam shall be involved if any issue occurs during the booking process or after that and any violation to Vietnam Law.
