IMPORTANT NOTES ON TOUR CANCELLATION/CHANGE:

After making payment, if you wish to cancel the tour, please send a copy of your National ID (CCCD) and your payment receipt to the booking email for cancellation procedures. The company does not accept cancellations via phone calls.

Cancellation time is calculated on working days only, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

If you arrive late and miss the flight, it will be considered as a cancellation one day prior to departure.

Note: Whichever condition occurs first will be applied.

Terms & Conditions:

• Please bring your original and valid National ID or Passport on the departure day.

• Foreigners or Vietnamese with foreign nationality (Viet Kieu) must bring all necessary documents (passport, Vietnam re-entry visa, etc.) for the tour.

• Travelers aged 70 to under 75 must sign a health declaration with the company. Travelers aged 75 and above must provide a doctor’s certificate confirming good health and sign a health commitment form. They must be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60 years old. Travelers over 75 are encouraged to purchase premium travel insurance (fee varies by tour). Travelers aged 80 and above are not accepted.

• Pregnant travelers must inform the tour consultant at registration. Pregnant travelers from the 5th month onward will not be accepted due to safety concerns.

• Children not accompanied by their parents must have a notarized authorization letter from the parents certified by local authorities.

• Customers who require a red invoice must inform the consultant when booking the tour. The latest request is within 7 days after the tour ends.

• The itinerary and hotels may be adjusted for practical reasons, but the total number of sightseeing spots will remain unchanged. Hotel check-in time: after 14:00, check-out before 12:00.

• If requesting a single room or traveling alone (odd group size of 3, 5, 7 people) and no room share is available, you must pay the single supplement fee.

• For beach/island tours, travelers with a history of illness, under the influence of alcohol or stimulants (beer, wine…), or in poor health should not swim or dive to ensure safety. Wondering is not responsible for any incidents caused by ignoring this warning.

• Insurance applies only to those who join the tour and for incidents that happen during the official tour duration (from start to end date). If further treatment is needed after the tour based on medical advice, it will also be insured based on medical documents. The insurance compensation is based on the agreement between the insurance company and Wondering, not necessarily all invoices from customers.

• In case of force majeure (e.g., bad weather, natural disasters, riots, war, epidemics, flight delays/cancellations due to weather or technical issues…), making it impossible to continue the tour, Wondering will refund the remaining amount after deducting used service fees and will not compensate any additional costs.

• If the number of participants is less than 10, due to unavoidable circumstances, you may choose to transfer to a different departure date or receive a 100% refund of the paid amount.

• By registering for the tour, you are agreeing to all the terms, prices, inclusions/exclusions, and cancellation policies stated on the payment receipt. If someone else registers the tour on your behalf, please make sure you understand the full program and policies through that person.
