CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

·        Cancellation Process: After making the payment, if you wish to cancel the tour, please send a copy of your ID card (CCCD) and the payment receipt to the email address used for booking. The company does not accept cancellations via phone.

·        Cancellation Timing: Cancellation time is calculated based on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

·        Late Arrival: If you arrive late for the flight, it will be considered as a cancellation one day prior to departure.

·        Policy Application: Depending on the applicable conditions, we will enforce the corresponding policy.

IMPORTANT NOTES

·        Identification Documents: Please bring your original Citizen ID or Passport, valid on the day of departure.

·        Foreigners and Overseas Vietnamese: Please bring all necessary documents (passport, re-entry visa to Vietnam, etc.) when traveling.

·        Guests Aged 70–74: Required to sign a health commitment with the company.

·        Guests Aged 75 and Above: Must provide a full health certificate for overseas travel issued by a doctor and a health commitment with the company. A relative under 60 years old (in good health) must accompany them. Additionally, guests over 75 are encouraged to purchase premium insurance (fees vary depending on the tour). Guests aged 80 and above are not accepted.

·        Pregnant Guests: Please inform the tour sales staff at the time of registration for further information. Pregnant women from 5 months onwards are not accepted due to safety concerns

·        Parental Authorization for Minors
If a child is traveling without their parents, a notarized parental authorization letter is required. This letter must be certified by the local People's Committee where the parents are registered for permanent residence.

·        Invoice Requests
If you require a VAT invoice (red invoice), please inform our sales staff at the time of booking. The latest you can request this is within 7 days after the tour concludes.

·        Itinerary and Hotel Adjustments
The itinerary and hotel arrangements may be adjusted to suit the actual conditions of the group. However, the total number of sightseeing points will remain unchanged.

·        Hotel Check-in and Check-out Times
Hotel check-in is after 14:00, and check-out is before 12:00.

·        Single Room and Solo Travelers
If you request a single room or are traveling alone in a group of 3, 5, or 7 guests without a roommate, please be prepared to pay the applicable single supplement fee.

·        Safety Precautions for Sea and Island Tours
For sea and island excursions, if you are unwell, have a history of medical conditions, or have consumed alcohol or other stimulants, it is advised not to swim or dive to ensure your safety. The company is not responsible for any incidents resulting from non-compliance with these safety guidelines.

·        Travel Insurance Coverage
Insurance is provided for incidents occurring during the tour (from the start to the end of the trip). If you require medical treatment after the tour ends, insurance coverage will apply based on medical documents and receipts. The insurance company will assess and compensate according to the terms of the contract with the tour operator.

·        Force Majeure Situations
In cases of force majeure such as weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, war, epidemics, or flight delays/cancellations that prevent the tour from proceeding, the company will refund the tour cost after deducting any non-refundable service fees. No additional compensation will be provided.

·        Minimum Group Size Requirement
If the tour does not reach a minimum of 10 participants, you may choose to reschedule to another date or receive a full refund of the amount paid.

·        Tour Registration and Acknowledgment
When registering for the tour, please read carefully the program details, tour price, inclusions and exclusions, and cancellation policies as stated on the payment receipt. If someone else is registering on your behalf, ensure they provide you with all necessary information.
