From 01/05/2018, Vietnam Airlines will operate new serving process on VN920/VN921 flights from Hanoi to Vientiane - Phnom Penh - Ho Chi Minh city and vice versa as following:

• Please keep your boarding pass and put your carry – on baggage at your seat’s area.
• At transit airports, passengers going next sector will stay on board. 
• For passengers departs at transit airport, please show your passport and boarding pass to flight attendant at aircraft door to get on the flight.
